Delicious 4 ingredient lamb koftes are the perfect addition to any barbecue feast.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl until well incorporated. Shape into 8 balls with your hands, then roll into long log shapes.

Step 2 of 2

Heat the barbeque on the highest setting and cook the koftes for 4 minutes on each side until nicely browned all over.
