  • 500grams lean beef mince
  • 4 Lebanese flatbread
  • 90grams mixed lettuce
  • 250grams grape tomatoes, quartered
  • 2 Lebanese cucumbers, quartered lengthwise, chopped
  • 130grams Greek style natural low-fat yoghurt

Method

Step 1 of 3

In a large bowl, combine mince and seasoning mix. Form into eight sausages approximately 9cm in length.

Step 2 of 3

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Pan-fry kofta for 8 mins, turning regularly, or until browned & cooked through.

Step 3 of 3

Serve with flatbreads, mixed lettuce leaves, tomatoes, cucumbers and yoghurt.
