- 1tablespoons harissa Middle eastern spice blend
- 5milliliter olive oil cooking spray
- 270grams creamy & crunchy salad kit
- 1 medium Lebanese cucumber, peeled into ribbons
- 250grams cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup no-fat Greek-style yoghurt
- 4 wholegrain wraps, warmed

Description
This quick and easy lamb kofta recipe is perfect for alfesco dining or for a no-fuss weeknight dinner.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Combine mince, onion and harissa into a large bowl. Divide kofta mixture into 12 even portions. Shape into ovals and place onto a plate.
Step 2 of 3
Heat a barbecue or large frying pan over medium-high heat. Lightly spray koftas with oil and cook, turning regularly, for 6 minutes or until cooked through.
Step 3 of 3
Toss together salad kit, cucumber and tomato in a bowl, then arrange on a platter. Top with kofta, dollop over yoghurt and serve with tortillas.
