- 500grams minced beef, 20% fat
- 4 pita bread
- 1teaspoons cumin seeds
- 2teaspoons paprika
- 2teaspoons olive oil
- 1 cloves garlic, peeled and diced
- 1teaspoons chilli flakes, chopped
- 1teaspoons mint, chopped
- 2teaspoons coriander
- 40grams red peppers, sliced
Description
A few simple ingredients and quick prep time make for a tasty and filling dinner for busy home cooks
Method
Step 1 of 3
Combine the meat, cumin, paprika and olive oil fully in a bowl. In a non-stick pan pan-fry the minced beef for 15 minutes on medium-high heat.
Step 2 of 3
Combine the yoghurt, garlic, chilli and mint in a bowl and set to one side. Heat up your pita breads on the chargrill once the meat have been cooked for 1 minute.
Step 3 of 3
Slice open the pita and stuff with the minced meat and choice of sauce.
