Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven to 240°C. Grease 2x28cm pizza trays. Whisk 1 cup of warm water, yeast and sugar in a small bowl. Set aside in a warm place for 5 minutes or until mixture is bubbly. Combine flour and 1 tsp salt in a bowl. Add 1 tbs oil with yeast mixture. Stir until well combined and a dough forms. Return to bowl.
Step 2 of 3
Heat remaining oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add onion, capsicum and garlic. Cook for 3 minutes or until soft. Add cumin, caraway seeds, 1/2 tsp sumac, cinnamon, and lemon rind. Stir until combined. Add mince and cook, stirring for 5 minutes or until browned. Add lemon juice, 1/3 cup of water, salt and pepper. Simmer for 3 minutes. Cool.
Step 3 of 3
Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5 minutes. Divide in half. Roll each piece of dough into a 26cm round and place onto pizza trays. Spread hommus onto each base evenly. Top with mince mixture. Bake for 10 minutes or until base is golden and crisp. Top with yoghurt. Sprinkle with remaining sumac and parsley. Serve.
