- 2tablespoons dukkah spice
- 1 cup Greek style yoghurt
- 600grams lamb mince
- 2tablespoons pine nuts
- 1 garlic clove, crushed

Method
Step 1 of 6
Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2 of 6
Place lamb mince, currants, pine nuts, dukkah spice and chopped mint in a bowl.

Using clean hands, knead mixture until well combined.
Step 4 of 6
Roll into walnut-sized balls and place onto a baking tray. Spray meatballs with olive oil spray.

Bake for 15 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through.

Meanwhile, combine Greek yoghurt and garlic in a small bowl. Serve lamb meatballs (and toothpicks) with yoghurt dipping sauce.
