- 1/2 cup couscous, to serve
- 50grams fresh white breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1teaspoons ground cumin
- 1teaspoons paprika
- 1 handful mint leaves, finely chopped
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
- 60grams crumbled feta cheese

Description
These meatballs are a versatile choice and a simple one, too. Serve with salad for a quick lunch or with couscous or rice.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Mix together the minced lamb, breadcrumbs, egg, spices, and mint, and season well. Gently mix in the feta cheese. Cover and chill for 30 minutes.

With damp hands, shape walnut-sized balls with the lamb mixture.
Step 3 of 3
Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the meatballs over a medium heat for 5-7 minutes, until browned all over and cooked through. Serve with couscous.
