- 500grams chicken mince
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1teaspoons ground cumin
- 2teaspoons ground coriander
- 2teaspoons fresh coriander
- 200grams fat-free Greek yogurt
- 1tablespoons mint sauce
- 1/4 cucumber, coarsely grated and squeezed to remove excess liquid
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper

Method
Step 1 of 3
Put the chicken mince, garlic, cumin, ground coriander and fresh coriander in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
Step 2 of 3
Using wet hands, make 12 even-sized sausage shapes from the mixture and thread on to skewers, pressing firmly. Grill for 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through and browned.
Step 3 of 3
Meanwhile, mix together the yogurt, mint sauce and cucumber. Take the koftas off the skewers and serve in warmed pitta breads with salad leaves, tomatoes and the yogurt dressing.
