  • 500grams roasted pumpkin & grains salad kit
  • 25grams McCormick baharat style street food seasoning
  • 400grams Annalisa chickpeas, drained
  • 1tablespoons olive oil
  • 500grams lean beef mince

Description

With just four ingredients, this tasty beef salad will feed the family in a flash.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.

Step 2 of 4

Add mince and cook, stirring occasionally to break up mince, for 31/2 minutes or until beginning to brown.

Step 3 of 4

Add the seasoning and cook for a further 11/2 minutes. Add the chickpeas and stir through for 1 minute or until thoroughly combined and heated through.

Step 4 of 4

In a bowl, toss salad together with the dressing, pumpkin seeds and feta from the kit, and divide among bowls. Top with beef and chickpeas to serve.
