- 1 bunch coriander, leaves picked
- 2tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 lime, 1 juiced, 1 cut into wedges (wedges to serve)
- 2teaspoons ground cumin
- 600grams beef rump steak
- 12 white corn tortillas
- 1 small red onion, halved, sliced

Method
Step 1 of 4
Finely chop 2 tbs coriander leaves. Place chopped coriander in a bowl with oil, lime juice and cumin, and stir to combine. Add beef and rub to coot. Cover and reintegrate tor 30 minutes, if time permits.

Heat a greased chargrill pan over medium-high heat. Cook beef for 3 minutes on each side for medium or until cooked to your liking. Transfer to a plate. Cover loosely with foil. Stand for 5 minutes to rest.
Step 3 of 4
Meanwhile, heat tortillas, 1 at a time, in a large frying pan over medium-high heat for 10 seconds on each side or until heated through. Place on a plate. Cover to keep worm.
Step 4 of 4
Slice beef. Fill tortillas with beef, onion, salsa and remaining coriander. Serve with jalapeños, guacamole sauce and extra lime wedges
