Description

Method
Step 1 of 2
Heat the oil in a large pan on medium high heat and cook the pork slices for 3 minutes on each side.

Add the butter and stir in the garlic, capers, anchovies, lemon zest and parsley and cook for 30 seconds, until the butter has melted.
