  • 1kilograms calamari hoods, sliced into rings
  • 150grams green beans
  • 1 large red capsicum, diced
  • 120grams baby rocket
  • 1 cup Ayam Honey & Soy Marinade Sauce
  • 1tablespoons olive oil

Method

Step 1 of 6

Combine calamari rings and half of the marinade in a bowl. Set aside for 20 minutes.

Step 2 of 6

Bring a saucepan of water to the boil. Trim beans and cut in half lengthways. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until just tender. Drain and refresh in iced water.

Step 3 of 6

Heat remaining marinade in a small saucepan and for 2 minutes or until heated through.

Step 4 of 6

Heat a barbecue hotplate or large non-stick frying pan on medium heat. Spread oil over hotplate. Drain calamari rings and cook for 5 minutes or until cooked through.

Step 5 of 6

Remove from heat as soon as they are cooked and transfer to a bowl.

Step 6 of 6

Combine beans, capsicum and rocket and arrange on a platter. Top with calamari. Spoon over warm marinade and serve.
