Description

These hearty roast beef sandwiches are perfect for Sunday roast leftovers with a light horseradish slaw.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Toss the shredded cabbage and carrot with the yoghurt, horseradish and half the mayonnaise to make a quick slaw.

Step 2 of 2

Top 4 slices of bread with slaw, sliced roast beef and cracked black pepper. Spread the top slices with the remaining mayonnaise and place on top. Slice and serve.
