  • 4tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 80grams rocket, washed and drained
  • 8tablespoons pesto
  • 1teaspoons cracked black pepper

Description

This sandwich has some intense but simple flavours that compliment the tomatoes.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat up a non-stick pan to a medium heat and fry the sliced tomato with the sesame seeds for 2 minutes.

Step 2 of 3

Prepare the bread by spreading pesto on each slice and then adding pepper and rocket.

Step 3 of 3

Remove from tomatoes and sesame seeds from the pan and serve on top of the rocket.
