Method
Step 1 of 2
Heat up a non-stick pan to a medium heat with the canola oil. Crack the eggs into the pan and fry for 4 minutes.

While the eggs are frying, toast the bread for 2 minutes. Place the fried eggs on the toast and drizzle with sriracha and seasoning to taste.
