Method
Step 1 of 2
Cut the baguette into quarters and in half lengthways. Spread a layer of hummus on each side.
Step 2 of 2
Drizzle the sliced vegetables with lemon juice and arrange in separate layers on the bottom half of the baguette. Add the top half and serve.
