  • 1 pinch pepper (for seasoning)
  • 1/2 cup whole egg mayonnaise
  • 4 eggs, hard-boiled, peeled, sliced
  • 2tablespoons chives
  • 4 hot dog rolls
  • 8 leaf butter lettuce
  • 1 pinch pink salt ground (to taste)
  • 425grams can tuna in oil

Method

Step 1 of 2

Drain tuna and transfer to a bowl. Flake with a fork and stir in mayonnaise and chives. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2 of 2

Split rolls through the centre, taking care not to cut right through. Fill with lettuce, tuna mixture, cucumber and egg. Serve.
