  • 700grams Woolworths BBQ Slow Cooked Beef Brisket Burnt Ends with Mustard BBQ Sauce
  • 2 classic pizza bases
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced into rings
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced
  • 1 cup Woolworths Mozzarella Cheddar & Parmesan Shredded Blend
  • 1/4 bunch coriander, leaves picked

Description

This flavour-packed slow-cooked beef brisket and jalapeño pizza recipe will become your new go-to weekend dinner.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 240°C/ 220°C fan-forced. Place 2 large baking trays in the oven.

Step 2 of 4

Pierce the packet of beef twice with a knife. Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes or until meat is warmed through. Transfer to a bowl. Use 2 forks to shred beef into large chunks. Set aside.

Step 3 of 4

Spread 2 tbs of barbecue sauce over one pizza base. Scatter base with half the beef, half the red onion, ½ cup of cheese and half the jalapeno. Repeat with the second pizza base.

Step 4 of 4

Place both pizzas carefully on the hot baking trays. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese has melted and bases are golden and crisp. Sprinkle with coriander leaves. Serve.
