- 3/4 cup espresso coffee, cooled
- 4tablespoons light brown sugar
- 2tablespoons soy sauce
- 2tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 4 sirloin steaks
- 1tablespoons olive oil

Description
Add incredible, earthy flavour to your steaks with this intense coffee marinade.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Add all of the marinade ingredients to a large Ziplock bag. Add the steaks and seal. Marinate in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
Step 2 of 2
Heat a large griddle pan on the highest heat, pat the steaks dry with kitchen paper and brush each with oil. Sear for 2 minutes on each side for medium rare. Cover with foil and rest for 5 minutes before serving.
