You'll love this tender chicken satay recipe. Just coat the tenderloins in mouth-watering satay, thread onto a skewer, bake in the oven and serve
Method
Step 1 of 3
Preheat oven grill on high. Line a large baking tray with foil. Soak bamboo skewers before using, or use metal skewers to save time.
Step 2 of 3
Place chicken and sauce in a large bowl and mix to combine. Thread 1 chicken tenderloin onto each skewer. Place on tray and drizzle over oil. Grill for 20 minutes or until marinade has charred and chicken is cooked through.
Step 3 of 3
Scatter coriander over chicken and serve with cucumber and onion.
