  • 1/2teaspoons cumin
  • 1teaspoons garam masala
  • 1 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium red onion, peeled and sliced

Method

Step 1 of 3

In a bowl, combine the mince with the spices and combine fully.

Step 2 of 3

Add the chopped onion and garlic and then shape the mixture into balls.

Step 3 of 3

Chargrill the balls on a medium heat for 10 minutes while turning occasionally and serve with a choice of condiments.
