  • 200grams green beans, trimmed, cut into 3cm lengths
  • 1/4 cup Woolworths thickened cream

Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add ham and cook, stirring, for 10 minutes or until golden.

Step 2 of 4

Add the white part of the onion and cook for a further 2 minutes or until fragrant.

Step 3 of 4

Add rice, stock and beans to the pan and cook for 5 minutes or until most of the liquid has absorbed.

Step 4 of 4

Stir through cream, then remove from heat. Serve sprinkle with remaining onion.
