  • 1/4 cup Woolworths sour cream

Description

This tasty Mexican twist on a chicken parmigiana is easy to make and will impress everyone.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 230°C/210°C fan-forced. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Place schnitzels on prepared tray and bake for 10 minutes.

Step 2 of 4

Top schnitzels with salsa and cheese. Bake for a further 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and golden.

Step 3 of 4

Empty salad and sachets into a large bowl. Add half of the coriander and toss to combine.

Step 4 of 4

Divide schnitzels among plates. Top with sour cream and remaining coriander. Serve with salad.
