  • 1.20kilograms Woolworths RSPCA Approved chicken wings
  • 1 cup F. Whitlock & Sons Texas BBQ style marinade
  • 450grams SunRice chicken style rice
  • 1/4 red cabbage, shredded
  • 420grams Woolworths sweet corn kernels
  • 1/4 bunch Woolworths coriander, leaves picked

Description

These sticky barbecue chicken wings are the ultimate crowd-pleaser and make an easy midweek meal.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 240°C/ 220°C fan-forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.

Step 2 of 4

Place chicken and marinade in a large bowl. Toss until well coated. Transfer chicken to prepared tray and bake for 30 minutes or until charred and sticky. Drizzle with pan juices.

Step 3 of 4

Cook rice following packet instructions. Place rice in a large bowl. Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Add cabbage, corn and coriander to rice bowl. Toss to combine.

Step 4 of 4

Serve chicken with rice salad.
