- 2tablespoons Praise mini Thai beef salad dressing
- 200grams Woolworths shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/4 bunch Woolworths mint, leaves picked
- 4 Helga's wholemeal low carb wraps
- 1 tomato, cut into thin wedges

Description
These budget-friendly Thai beef wraps are easy to make and super satisfying.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Spray a large frying pan with oil and heat over medium-high heat. Stir-fry beef, in 2 batches, for 2 minutes or until slightly golden. Transfer to a bowl. Add half of the dressing and toss to coat.
Step 2 of 3
Toss lettuce with half of the mint.
Step 3 of 3
Divide wraps among serving plates.Top with lettuce, tomato, beef and remaining dressing. Season with pepper. Sprinkle with remaining mint. Serve.
