  • 450grams Birds Eye golden crunch crinkle cut chips
  • 1teaspoons Woolworths Cajun seasoning
  • 400grams Woolworths pork sizzle steaks
  • 1teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 450grams Woolworths American-style slaw kit
  • 1/4 bunch Woolworths coriander, sprigs picked
  • 4 Mission wraps original

Description

With a crunchy slaw, pork and chip filling, these easy-to-make wraps make a satisfying, budget-friendly weeknight meal.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Preheat oven to 230°C/ 220°C fan-forced. Cook chips following packet instructions.

Step 2 of 4

Meanwhile, sprinkle seasoning over steaks. Heat half of the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add half of the pork and cook for 1 minute each side. Transfer to a chopping board. Repeat with remaining oil and pork. Cut pork into thick strips.

Step 3 of 4

Toss slaw with half of the dressing and half of the coriander.

Step 4 of 4

Heat wraps following packet instructions. Divide among serving plates. Top with slaw, pork, half of the chips and remaining coriander. Drizzle with remaining dressing. Serve with remaining chips.
