Method
Step 1 of 4
Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2 of 4
Place rolls, cut-side up, on prepared tray and cook for 5 minutes or until lightly toasted.
Step 3 of 4
Heat 2 tsp oil in a large frying pan. Cook chicken burgers for 10 minutes, turning halfway, or until cooked through.
Step 4 of 4
Spread roll bases with sriracha mayonnaise. Top with lettuce, chicken, carrot and coriander. Sandwich with roll lids. Serve.
