  • 2 cobs sweet corn, halved crossways
  • 5milliliter extra virgin olive oil cooking spray
  • 750grams Woolworths COOK honey soy chicken kebabs
  • 50grams unsalted Australian butter, softened
  • 1/4 bunch continental parsley, leaves picked, finely chopped
  • 200grams Woolworths classic coleslaw
  • 140milliliter Praise mini caesar dressing

Description

Perfect for summer barbecues, this easy honey-soy kebab with charred corn recipe will impress any crowd.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat a greased barbecue grill or chargrill pan over high heat. Add corn and chargrill for 10-12 minutes, turning, or until charred and cooked. Transfer to a tray. Cover to keep warm.

Step 2 of 4

Reduce grill to medium-low heat. Spray kebabs with oil and grill for 15 minutes, turning, or until cooked through.

Step 3 of 4

Combine butter and half of the parsley in a small bowl. In a separate bowl, combine coleslaw, dressing and remaining parsley.

Step 4 of 4

Serve kebabs with slaw and corn dolloped with butter.
