  • 1 red onion, sliced into rings

Description

Burger night just got better with this mouth-watering recipe featuring juicy beef patties, caramelised pineapple, lettuce, red onion and creamy aioli. Did we mention it's budget-friendly, too?

Method

Step 1 of 4

Heat a greased barbecue grill or chargrill pan over high heat.

Step 2 of 4

Pat pineapple slices dry with paper towel, then spray with oil. Grill for 1 minute each side or until charred. Transfer to a tray. Cover to keep warm.

Step 3 of 4

Spray beef patties with oil and cook for 6 minutes, each side, or until cooked through.

Step 4 of 4

Spread aioli on roll bases. Top with lettuce, beef patties, pineapple and onion. Sandwich with roll lids. Serve.
