  • 100grams Chang's fried noodles
  • 400grams Woolworths four seasons coleslaw
  • 1 lemon, halved

Description

Shake up your weeknight recipe repertoire with this warm crispy noodle salad. It's hearty, delicious and budget-friendly.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Heat oil in a large frying pan or wok over high heat. Add chicken. Cook, stirring, for 10 minutes or until cooked through.

Step 2 of 3

Add oyster sauce and garlic. Cook, stirring, for 5 minutes until chicken is coated.

Step 3 of 3

Toss through half of the noodles, slaw and juice from half of a lemon. Cut remaining lemon half into wedges. Cook for a further 2 minutes. Top with remaining noodles. Serve with remaining lemon wedges.
