  • 1/3 cup MasterFoods soy, honey & garlic marinade
  • 1tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4packets Maggi fusian mi goreng soy & mild spice
  • 1 broccoli, cut into small florets
  • 1/3 bunch spring onion, cut into 5cm batons
  • 1/4 bunch coriander, leaves picked

Description

Nothing says convenience like a simple, budget-friendly honey-soy chicken and noodle stir-fry with everyone's favourite Asian flavours.

Method

Step 1 of 4

Combine chicken and marinade in a large bowl and toss to combine.

Step 2 of 4

Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken and stir-fry for 10 minutes, stirring, or until golden.

Step 3 of 4

Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Add noodles (reserving sachets) and broccoli. Cook for 2 minutes until tender. Drain.

Step 4 of 4

Add noodles, broccoli, onion and reserved sachets to the wok and stir-fry for 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender and chicken is cooked through. Top with coriander. Serve.
