- 1 red chilli, deseeded & chopped (optional)
- 3 small goumet tomatoes, deseeded and diced
- 1tablespoons baby capers
- 1 lemon, rind finely grated and juice
- 500grams spaghetti
- 60grams baby rocket
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 150grams prawns, cooked and peeled

Method
Step 1 of 3
To remove meat from crab, twist off the legs and set aside. Open the body shell by turning to the underside of the crab, lift the triangular flap and lift off the top part of the shell. Remove and discard the spongy gills. Break the body in half and scoop out the crab flesh using a small knife and place into a bowl. Remove any shell fragments. Crack each leg and ease apart to expose the flesh. Add flesh to the bowl.

Cook spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water following packet directions. Drain and return to pan.

Meanwhile, combine crab, garlic, chilli, lemon rind and juice, olive oil, tomato, capers and prawn cutlets in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper. Add to spaghetti and place over medium heat for 2 minutes to heat through. Divide among serving plates. Serve with rocket.
