Method

Step 1 of 3

Preheat oven to 220°C. Grease 4 x 2-cup baking dishes. Cook pasta in boiling salted water for 8 minutes. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.

Step 2 of 3

Meanwhile, heat lemon and garlic butter from prawn packet in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add prawns and cook for 3 minutes, stirring, or until almost cooked.

Step 3 of 3

Add sour cream, reserved water, pasta and three-quarters of the salad mix. Toss to coat. Transfer to dishes. Scatter over cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden. Serve topped with remaining salad mix.
