- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 300grams leftover seafood (see seafood platter recipe)
- 1/2teaspoons dried chilli flakes
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup parmesan, finely grated (to serve)
- 400grams spaghetti
- 2tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic

Method
Step 1 of 3
Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water according to packet instructions or until al dente. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup of cooking water.

Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and chilli. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute or until fragrant. Add seafood and cook, stirring often, for 2-3 minutes or until warmed or cooked through.
Step 3 of 3
Add pasta to pan. Squeeze over lemon juice, stir in parsley and toss to combine. Serve with parmesan.
