Description

Try our seafood pasta salad, the perfect addition to any summer feast. This easy dish is both fresh and filling. Enjoy, it's sure to be a hit with everyone!

Method

Step 1 of 4

Cook rollini pasta following packet instructions. Transfer pasta to a large bowl.

Step 2 of 4

Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large frying pan and cook seafood marinara mix, in batches, until seafood changes colour. Add seafood to pasta.

Step 3 of 4

Halve cherry tomatoes and kalamata olives. Add to seafood with spring onions. Toss gently to combine.

Step 4 of 4

Make a dressing by whisking 1/2 cup olive oil with white balsamic vinegar, tomato paste and chopped parsley. Toss dressing through pasta salad. Serve.
