- 500grams thin spaghetti
- 400grams green prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1tablespoons capers, rinsed
- 2tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 100grams sun dried tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1tablespoons dill, chopped
- 50grams pine nuts
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced

Method
Step 1 of 3
Cook spaghetti in a large saucepan of boiling salted water until just tender. Drain and keep warm.
Step 2 of 3
While pasta is cooking, heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add oil and garlic and cook until just golden. Add prawns and toss over heat until they change colour.
Step 3 of 3
Add sun-dried tomatoes, pine nuts, capers and dill. Toss through pasta until well combined. Divide among serving plates and drizzle with a little oil.
