  • 1/2 cup plain flour, seasoned
  • 1-2 eggs, whisked
  • 2 Lebanese cucumber, cut into long strips
  • 2 lime, cut into wedges

Why not try this delicious sesame crusted prawns for a Christmas prawn twist. Crunchy, tasty and baked – the secret, double crumb in the sesame seeds for extra crunch.

Method

Step 1 of 7

Pre-heat oven 180 degrees

Step 2 of 7

Toast the sesame seeds - set aside to cool

Step 3 of 7

One prawn at a time, flour, egg, crumb, back into the egg wash and then into the sesame mix

Step 4 of 7

Place onto lined baking tray

Step 5 of 7

Bake for 6min to 8min until prawns are cooked through

Step 6 of 7

Season with some extra sea salt once out of the oven

Step 7 of 7

Serve with fresh cucumber and seafood cocktail sauce (or Tartare) and limes
