- 4 carrots, shredded lengthways
- 1 cup continental parsley leaves
- 1/4teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1teaspoons ground coriander
- 2teaspoons ground cumin
- 1teaspoons smoked paprika
- 2teaspoons honey
- 1 lemon, 2 tbs juiced
- 1kilograms Market Value BBQ Pack
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup flaked almonds, toasted
- 1/3 cup sultanas
Description
Pair these barbecued sausages and sliders with a bright Moroccan salad tonight, creating a feast for your eyes and the table.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Heat barbecue grill or chargrill pan over medium heat. Cook sausages for 5 minutes, turning often. Add sliders and cook both for 12-14 minutes, turning, or until cooked through.
Step 2 of 4
Meanwhile, place cumin, coriander, paprika and cinnamon in a small frying pan over medium heat. Cook, stirring often, for 4 minutes or until aromatic. Transfer to a large bowl and cool.

Meanwhile, whisk oil, lemon juice and honey together in a jug. Season to taste.
Step 4 of 4
Add carrot, parsley, sultanas and half the almonds to spice mixture. Toss until well combined. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss. Transfer to a platter. Sprinkle with remaining almonds. Serve with sausages and sliders.
