- 2teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2tablespoons raspberry jam
Description
Don't toss that near-empty jar of raspberry jam! With a few added ingredients, you can whip up a sweet and tangy dressing that's perfect for salads.
Instruction tip
Prep tip:Make the dressing earlier in the day and store it in the fridge. Remove the dressing 1 hour before using to allow it to come to room temperature.

Add vinegar, oil and mustard to the jam in the jar. Season. Seal and shake to combine. (If the jam doesn’t combine well, simply remove the lid and microwave the jar for 10 seconds. Replace the lid and shake to combine.)
