  • 2 cups crushed ice
  • 2 cups cloudy apple juice
  • 2 bananas
  • 1tablespoons Woolworths honey
  • 1 bunch mint, leaves picked

Elevate your next spring gathering with this deliciously simple honeydew, lime and honey sherbet punch.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Place melon on a tray. Freeze for 2 hours or until firm. Juice 2 limes, cut remaining lime into slices.

Step 2 of 3

To make the sherbet, process melon and 1 cup crushed ice until it becomes a snow-like consistency. Spoon into a bowl and freeze until needed.

Step 3 of 3

Add remaining frozen melon to blender with apple juice, bananas, lime juice, honey, half of the mint, 1 cup water and remaining crushed ice, and process until smooth and creamy. Pour into serving glasses. Top with honeydew sherbet and remaining mint. Garnish glass with lime. Serve.
