- 2 1/2 cups frozen pitted cherries
- 1/3 cup caster sugar
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 punnet rosemary
- 1teaspoons ground cinnamon

Method
Step 1 of 3
Combine raspberries, cherries, sugar, vinegar, rosemary sprigs and cinnamon in a saucepan over medium heat. Season.

Bring the mixture to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes or until the sauce thickens and the fruit starts to break down.

Allow the sauce to cool slightly before serving with sweet or savoury dishes.
