  • 1/2 cup plain greek yoghurt
  • 1 mango
  • 1teaspoons honey

Description

An easy, creamy and refreshing treat for the hot summer, which is healthy and the family will love.

Method

Step 1 of 3

Dice up the mango, cutting it into cubes and place in a blender with the plain Greek yoghurt and honey. Blitz until all the ingredients are smooth and mixed together. Stop once to scrap the sides of the blender.

Step 2 of 3

If you have icy pole moulds, transfer the mixture into them, making sure the mixture is smooth and then place in the freezer. Alternatively place in a freezer proof bowl or tray and put in the freezer for about 3 hours to set.

Step 3 of 3

Remove from the freezer a few minutes before serving so it's easier to remove from the moulds or tray. Enjoy!
