  • 375grams Woolworths cook stir fry mix rainbow vegetables
  • 2tablespoons oil
  • 1teaspoons chicken stock powder
  • 2teaspoons pepper seasoning (moroccan, bbq or lemon )
  • 100milliliter water
  • 1tablespoons butter

Method

Step 1 of 5

Season the chicken pieces with your choice of spice such as Moroccan, bbq or lemon pepper

Step 2 of 5

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken pieces turning several times until browned. Remove to a bowl and cover with foil to keep warm.

Step 3 of 5

Add the remaining oil then the rainbow vegetables and water to the frypan. Cook for approximately 5 minutes or to your liking.

Step 4 of 5

Add the stock powder and the butter and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.

Step 5 of 5

Serve the vegetable mix topped with the chicken pieces.
