- 250grams natural yoghurt
- 2tablespoons water
- 4tablespoons mixed seeds
- 2tablespoons canola oil

Description
These speedy flatbreads are impressive but simple to make, perfect to serve with curries or stews.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Add the flour to a large bowl and tip in the yoghurt, 2 tablespoons of water and the seeds. Mix to form a wet dough.
Step 2 of 3
Tip the dough on to a floured work surface and lightly knead. Slice into 4 equal pieces and roll out into thin flatbreads. Brush each with oil.
Step 3 of 3
Heat a large griddle pan on the highest heat and cook the flatbreads for 2 minutes on each side, until marked and crisp.
