- 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced

- 1teaspoons ground coriander
- 1/2 lemon, juice and zest

Description
Earthy mushrooms make these falafel patties more satisfying and full of flavour.
Method
Step 1 of 2
Tip the chickpeas plus 1 tablespoon of the liquid into a food processor and blitz until smooth. Add the mushrooms, onion, garlic, spices and and lemon zest and juice and blitz until smooth.
Step 2 of 2
Shape the mix into 16 falafel balls with your hands. Heat the oil in a large pan on medium high heat and cook the falafels for 5 minutes, turning once, until golden.
