Description
These sweet, cheesy and lightly spiced carrot and halloumi bites make a delicious lunch dish or entree.
Method
Step 1 of 3
Grate the onion, carrots and halloumi into a bowl. Whisk the flour, garam masala, coriander and egg together in a bowl until smooth.
Step 2 of 3
Tip the grated onion, carrot and halloumi into the bowl with the flour and mix to form a batter.
Step 3 of 3
Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan to 180°C and place spoonfuls of the batter into the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crisp, working in batches. Drain on kitchen paper and serve.
