- 2 cups milk
- 40grams superfine sugar
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar

Method
Step 1 of 4
Wash the rice under cold running water and drain well.
Step 2 of 4
Place the milk in a heavy-bottom saucepan. Bring to a boil then add the rice. Cover and cook gently for around 25 minutes.
Step 3 of 4
Add the superfine sugar and vanilla sugar, stir well, cover, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Step 4 of 4
Place the milky rice in small serving bowls and let cool before serving.
