- 3/4 cup orange jelly
- 1/3 cup double cream
- 100grams milk chocolate, keep 20g and grate into shards
- 1/3-plus 1 tsp cup whipped cream, whipped
- 1tablespoons orange zest, zest
- 100grams sponge fingers

Method
Step 1 of 4
Prepare the jelly as per pack instructions and allow to cool slightly. Prepare your individual pots or 1 large bowl by layering as below.
Step 2 of 4
Place the sponge fingers at the base and then pour in the the jelly. Allow to set in the fridge for 3 hours.
Step 3 of 4
Heat up a pot to a medium heat and melt 80g of chocolate with the double cream and then remove from the heat to cool. Pour this mixture onto the orange jelly.
Step 4 of 4
Whip the whipping cream to peaks with the orange zest. Now place the orange cream on top of the jelly and garnish with chocolate shards before serving.
