Description
This quick and easy recipe requires simple store-cupboard ingredients, making it the ideal choice for last-minute entertaining. Use any jam jars you have to hand.
Method
Step 1 of 4
Whisk the lemon curd with 1 tablespoon of the custard in a bowl until combined. Then fold in the remaining custard until well combined and smooth.
Step 2 of 4
Line the bottom of the jam jars with the biscuits, breaking them a little to fill any gaps if necessary. Spread a thin layer of the peaches over the biscuits.
Step 3 of 4
Top the peaches with a layer of the custard mixture. Repeat the process to get another layer each of the biscuits, peaches, and custard.
Step 4 of 4
Top the trifles with a layer of the whipped cream and chill them for at least 4 hours. Then top with some biscuit crumbs and serve immediately. Best served on the same day.
