  • 50grams dark chocolate, coarsely chopped, melted
  • 1/4 cup pistachio kernels, chopped

Description

For a tasty bite that's as nutty, creamy and sweet as your favourite chocolate bar, these pistachio-topped, nut-butter-stuffed Medjool dates are hard to go past.

Method

Step 1 of 2

Line a baking tray with baking paper. Using a small sharp knife, cut down the centre of each date, ensuring not to cut all the way through, to remove stone and open date slightly.

Step 2 of 2

Place 2 tsp spread in each date. Drizzle with chocolate, then sprinkle with pistachios. Set aside for 15 minutes to set. Serve.
